Information Collection and Use

P.A.S.E. is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. P.A.S.E. collects information from our visitors at only one point on our website, the P.A.S.E. Membership Application.

P.A.S.E. Membership Application

To become a member of P.A.S.E., an individual must complete the Membership Application located on our website. On the application, an individual is required to give his/her contact information (name, mailing address, and e-mail address). This information is used to send the individual membership materials as well as any notices P.A.S.E.. disseminates to its membership.

Also on the application, an individual is requested (not required) to give the month and day of his/her birth. This information is used by a representative of P.A.S.E. to send (usually by e-mail) birthday greetings to the individual.

As previously stated, all of the information given on the Membership Application is owned solely by P.A.S.E. The information is viewed only by our Board of Directors for the purposes stated above. It is not distributed to the rest of the P.A.S.E. membership or to anyone outside of P.A.S.E.

P.A.S.E. Membership Age Requirement

Individuals must be 18 years or older to complete the Membership Application. If an individual under 18 wishes to join, he/she must do so with the permission and participation of a parent or guardian. P.A.S.E. requires that the parent or guardian e-mail our President, Michelle Peterson, at mpeterson154@sbcglobal.net regarding approval of the application. P.A.S.E. is committed to upholding the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998.

We encourage our visitors to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. From time to time, P.A.S.E., sends e-mails to its membership. These e-mails are in regard to various P.A.S.E. announcements and updates. Members who wish to be removed from our e-mail list may notify us at mpeterson154@sbcglobal.net

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our website.
